This month marks three years of BertaTec. What started as a solo consulting practice has grown into a focused effort to help businesses make sense of — and actually use — emerging technology, especially AI.

Over the past year, I’ve worked closely with founders and operators across multiple industries, helping them move beyond AI curiosity and into practical implementation. The goal has never been experimentation for its own sake, but helping teams apply AI where it creates real leverage — whether that’s improving operations, decision-making, or how they show up in an increasingly AI-driven market.

Year 3 was also about refining how I work. Through hands-on projects, clearer frameworks emerged — repeatable ways to assess readiness, identify high-impact use cases, and implement solutions without unnecessary complexity. That clarity has made engagements more effective and results more predictable.

The market itself has shifted quickly. AI is no longer something businesses are “keeping an eye on.” It’s becoming a foundational layer, and leaders are looking for guidance they can trust — not hype, not tools for tools’ sake, but strategy grounded in reality.

As BertaTec enters Year 4, the focus remains the same: thoughtful consulting, practical AI adoption, and helping businesses navigate change with confidence. I’m grateful to everyone who’s trusted me over the past three years — and excited about what’s ahead.
